Completed a full interior fit-out during an active live demolition phase, starting from strip-out through to final preparation of the new office space. All existing finishes were removed, and structural walls were repaired and prepared to create a solid base for new works. The project included full tape and joint finishing to newly formed office areas, with detailed attention to feature elements such as media walls and floating box structures. A standout feature of the scheme was the bespoke purple media wall with integrated LED lighting and recessed detailing, designed to create a modern focal point within the space. Additional works included finishing around complex ceiling features, including integrated linear LED lighting and ceiling-mounted air conditioning units, ensuring clean transitions and a high-end architectural finish throughout. The completed office delivers a contemporary, high-spec environment with a strong emphasis on clean lines, feature lighting, and seamless surface finishes across all areas.
